Richard Leader
Richard has pioneered innovation and the adoption of cutting-edge technology in the financial markets since 2008, overseeing scores of projects at major G10 and emerging markets banks, asset managers, and institutional fintechs. Originally from London, he spent more than a decade living and working in North and South America. He co-founded FastFin in New York with Emin Tatosian in 2016 and together they co-founded FX swaps ECN FX HedgePool, which completed its series A in 2022 and was acquired by LMAX Exchange in 2024.
Sundeep Dadlani
Sundeep Dadlani is a senior financial technology professional with over 30 years of experience in defining technology strategies and building mission-critical applications for the financial services industry. His expertise includes low-latency systems, risk management, data analytics, and regulatory reporting across asset classes such as credit, equities, and foreign exchange. Sundeep has held global leadership roles at major institutions including Morgan Stanley, Citibank, Bank of America, and Royal Bank of Canada. He holds a BS in Management Information Systems, an MS in Computer Science, and an MBA in Finance. Sundeep is based in New York City.
Simon Wilson-Taylor
Simon is a serial financial markets entrepreneur. After selling his first FX platform, Molten Markets, to CME Group via ICAP he founded institutional fintech incubator FICCit, developing several market structural transformative products including LoopFX. Previously, Simon was Global Head of FICC Ecommerce at UBS. This followed a long career at State Street, where he was a prolific innovator - building and running the GlobalLink suite of businesses spanning FX, equities, securities lending, fixed income, futures, and fund distribution, encompassing extensive pre- and post-trade workflows. Simon’s background was as a buy-side quant, and he was previously instrumental in launching two currency overlay businesses, including at State Street itself - which became the world’s largest. Simon is based in New York and Connecticut.
